What is Nitrogen Blending?
Green Air Supply (GAS) Nitrogen Separator systems provide an environmental alternative to cylinder gas for draught beverage systems. By pulling pure nitrogen from ambient air and blending it with CO2 to specific proportions, product is kept perfect without time-wasting cylinder changes and deliveries.
The air around us is composed of about 78 percent nitrogen and 21 percent oxygen. Nitrogen separators sort oxygen and nitrogen respectively. The result is a very high purity nitrogen that is sequestered onsite with only a tiny amount of energy consumption. Almost every carbonated, draught dispensed beverage can benefit from CO2 and Nitrogen blending.

Medium and Large, Wall Mount
The compact, wall mounted system saves space, operates hands-free, and draws less than 7 amps from a standard 115V outlet. GAS systems are safety certified, mount indoors, typically in the back-of-the-house, and connect to beer cooler(s) by small (1/4″) tubing runs.
Nitro Serv
The Nitro-Serv is a roll-in, nitrogen only unit. This NSF and UL listed model will fit under a counter, or in a back room. The Nitro-Serv comes with an on-board storage tank, self-test feature, and complete installation package.
