 Green Air Supply (GAS) Nitrogen Separator systems provide an environmental alternative to cylinder gas for draught beverage systems. The air around us is composed of about 78 percent nitrogen and 21 percent oxygen. Nitrogen separators sort oxygen and nitrogen respectively. The result is a very high purity nitrogen that is sequestered onsite with only a tiny amount of energy consumption. Almost every carbonated, draught dispensed beverage can benefit from CO2 and Nitrogen blending.
